Indicated power of Engine!
Indicated power of engine is the power generated within cylinder during one complete cycle. It neglects all frictional, mechanical and thermal losses.
Generally Indicated power is defined as sum of Brake power and power loss due to friction. This is theoretical maximum value of power measured for gases expanding inside cylinder.
It can be measured using indicator diagrams or power card diagrams.
